Ordering tobacco online is straightforward once you know how it works. Here is what to expect when you order from a reputable Australian store.
Dispatch and delivery
Most orders are dispatched the same or next business day. Standard tracked AU Post delivery takes 2–5 business days depending on your location, with express options for metro areas.
Discreet packaging
Parcels are plain and tamper-evident — no product names on the outside. Someone 18 or over must be available to receive the delivery.
Your rights
Australian consumer law applies to online purchases like any other store: products must match their description and be of acceptable quality. Reputable stores also offer a satisfaction guarantee on top.
