Shipping & Delivery

1. Australia-wide delivery

We dispatch from Sydney, NSW and ship Australia-wide. We do not currently ship internationally.

2. Order processing

  • Orders are usually processed and dispatched within 1–2 business days of payment confirmation.
  • Orders placed before 2:00pm AEST on a business day are often dispatched the same day.
  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed the next business day.

3. Delivery timeframes (estimates)

  • Metro areas (Sydney, Melbourne, Brisbane, Adelaide, Perth): 2–5 business days.
  • Regional and remote areas: 4–9 business days.
  • Express delivery options may be offered at checkout where available.

These timeframes are estimates provided by our carriers and are not guarantees — delays can occur during peak periods, severe weather or carrier disruptions.

4. Shipping costs

Standard Shipping is $28 and Express Shipping is $48. Orders over $500 receive free delivery. Shipping options and costs are shown at checkout.

5. Order tracking

Once your order is dispatched, we email you a tracking number so you can follow your parcel with the carrier.

6. Age verification (18+)

Our products are for adults 18+ only. The carrier may request photo identification on delivery, and parcels will not be left with anyone under 18.

7. Delivery address and authority to leave

  • Please check your delivery address carefully at checkout — we are not responsible for parcels sent to an incorrectly supplied address.
  • If you request an “authority to leave” (e.g. leave at the door), we and the carrier are not responsible for loss or theft after the parcel is left.

8. Lost, damaged or delayed parcels

If your parcel is significantly delayed, lost or arrives damaged, contact us at support@auvaping.store with your order number within 7 days of the expected or actual delivery date, and we will lodge an investigation with the carrier and keep you updated.

9. Split shipments

Orders containing multiple items may ship in separate parcels to get everything to you as fast as possible. You will receive a tracking number for each parcel.
